What is PerpetuityEDU?

Built to reduce disconnected institutional work.

PerpetuityEDU, also known as PE, is an integrated SaaS platform developed for higher education, career education, vocational institutions, and other schools that need academic and operational systems to work together.

The PE operating principle

Schools should not have to repeatedly enter the same student, rebuild the same records, or manage critical workflows across unrelated systems.

Enter information once and connect it across the institutional workflow.
Give administrators, instructors, staff, and students role appropriate experiences.
Connect recruitment, admissions, learning, assessment, time, training, and completion.
Create a platform foundation that can continue expanding as institutional needs change.
Student Lifecycle

From first inquiry to completion.

PE is designed around the journey of the student and the teams responsible for supporting that journey.

Core Platform Systems

Four systems at the center of PE.

01

SIS

The institutional student record, admissions, financial aid workflow, attendance, reporting, and student services foundation.

02

LMS

The teaching and learning environment for courses, assignments, assessment, communication, gradebook, and academic progress.

03

ExamGuard

The secure testing and proctoring environment supporting academic integrity and reviewable exam sessions.

04

Perpetuity Time

The institutional time and attendance environment for role based tracking of hours, schedules, and corrections.

SIS + LMS Integration

Enter the student once. Connect the academic ecosystem.

PE is designed to reduce duplicate administrative work by connecting its SIS and LMS. Institutions should not have to manually recreate a student in a separate learning system after that student already exists inside the PE environment.

SIS

Admissions, student records, enrollment, attendance, documents, grades, reporting, financial aid workflows, and student services.

LMS

Courses, classes, lessons, assignments, quizzes, tests, gradebook, discussions, messaging, and degree progress.

Admissions Integration

Connect a school's website to the admissions workflow.

A public inquiry or application form can be embedded into an institution's website. Submitted information can then flow into the PE Lead Tracker and Admissions Command Center.

Platform Philosophy

One student. One institutional ecosystem. Connected operations.

PerpetuityEDU is being developed around the idea that schools should not have to assemble their entire digital institution from disconnected systems that repeatedly store and recreate the same people, records, and workflows.

Recruit. Admit. Enroll. Educate. Assess. Track. Support. Complete.
Integration & Partnership

Designed with interoperability in mind.

PE is continuing to evolve as an education technology ecosystem. The platform is open to exploring opportunities that strengthen learning, institutional operations, educational content, data flow, and the overall student experience.

Potential collaboration areas

  • Educational content integrations
  • Publisher and learning resource integrations
  • API and institutional data interoperability
  • Assessment and testing integrations
  • Identity and authentication integrations
  • Student success and academic support tools
  • Institutional technology partnerships
